In order to provide our Service to you, the Referee or the Club Representative, OneShort needs to collect certain personal information about you (e.g. your e-mail address, name, telephone number etc,). When you register with OneShort, as either a Club or Referee, you will be required to submit information about yourself as prompted by the Club or Referee registration form. OneShort will store this information on its UK based computers together with any information you may provide from time to time. OneShort will use your personal data to operate an active member directory through which other Members can contact you. If you do not wish to be included in this member directory, you may at any time contact OneShort to remove your details from the database. You may choose to either suspend your membership or have your details permanently deleted. Our site itself may also include links to other web sites. Except as expressly set out herein, OneShort will not share personally identifiable information with the providers of such linked web sites. OneShort is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such linked sites and hereby expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability which may arise there from. OneShort will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. OneShort uses personal information to provide you with periodic marketing and promotional notices, including important referee information and discounts offered by our affiliates. This forms part of OneShort’s service offering and OneShort sees this as being a significant benefit to users. However, if you do not wish to receive these services, you may at any time contact OneShort to opt out and OneShort would then cease to provide these services to you.
